Store Refund Policy

All physically shipped merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date for a refund (excluding products downloaded). A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. All products delivered digitally or via download are strictly sales final and are not eligible for a refund at any time.
